School start dates: 26 December 2025 (check-in 8am-Noon) Course starts at 1pm.
Ends: 31 December 2025 at noon. The release is by noon.
Travel: Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Units that bring members to the activity can work out ahead of-time sortie information for inbound/outbound sorites. Once you arrive at the training center, your CAP vehicle will be checked in as part of the activity.
Attendees who are flying CAP aircraft to LESA South, please contact us prior to ANY aircraft movement.

Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (training center location)
Carriers: American Airlines, United Airlines, Aerus
Harlingen, Texas
(HRL) Valley International Airport (30 minutes from the training center)
Carriers: Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Sun Country.
During LESA South, we have transportation to pick up from both airports and this allows for members from around the country to fly in from any region to attend training.
Arrivals must be on December 26th, and departures must be on December 31st.
